Tai Chi & Qi Gong

Private Training or Small Group Training

A private training is a great starting point for Tai Chi / Qi Gong!

It is suitable for every age and every fitness level. Together we can see where you are at, and plan where we want to go. Exercises can be tailored to your individual needs to ensure progress & joy in training.

In German or English.

Let Go, Breathe Deeply & Find Your Flow.

The Tai Chi and Qi Gong practices taught in this frame include:

  • Tai Ji Quan, commonly known as "Tai Chi" in the West, is an ancient martial art and health practice that originated in the Wudang mountains of China.

In Tai Ji, we cultivate full-body awareness by moving with slow, continuous motions. By embracing the principle "softness overcomes hardness," we learn how efficient movements and proper structural alignment can enhance our health while also making us feel good in our bodies.

I am studying this internal martial art at XUAN Gong Fu Academy in Berlin with Stefan Müller.

  • Back To Spring Qi Gong integrates meditation into both movement and standing practices. It involves four key standing positions, each followed by repetitive movement sequences. Through consistent practice, we learn the principles of effortless upright posture, while also releasing physical tension and clearing the mind of unnecessary thoughts.

  • In the 5 Animal Qi Gong practice from XUAN Gong Fu, we explore the movement principles of five distinct animals, each designed to cultivate different layers and qualities of movement. This approach enhances our range of motion and freedom in movement. Additionally, this Qi Gong is linked to the 5-element system of Chinese medicine, with each animal corresponding to the health of specific bodily organs.

Private Training options

Personal Training - 1 hour

Comprehensive 1-on-1 training with priorities set by you. A session is 60 minutes, tailored to your needs.

Additionally, you will get a training plan, so you can continue by yourself.

Packages

To ensure a sustainable progress and tangible change, we recommend to continue with private sessions for at least a few weeks. There are different options.

Small Group Training

This is a great option, if you would like to have a more private training than normal group classes, but you don’t want to train alone (or you need to save some money).
