    Personal Training for Adults

    Our tailored personal training for adults is designed for everyone looking to improve their health and fitness. We create an individualized training program that is precisely aligned with your needs and goals.

    80 Euro / session (60 minutes)

  • Small Group Training

    Train in small groups of 2-4 people, ideal for getting fit together with friends or colleagues while having fun.

    40 Euro / session / per person

  • Online Coaching

    Train in your own rhythm and independent from where you are. Monthly training plan, regular video feedback via email and one video call per month (30 minutes).

    80 Euro / month

Private Class

A 60-minute, one-on-one session with one of our expert trainers—fully tailored to your goals, needs, and preferred learning style. We create an optimal training experience just for you. Sessions available in German, English, or French.

  • 80 Euros: 60-minute personalized training session

  • 160 Euros: 60-minute session + an individual training plan, including the option to send videos for feedback afterward

Private Class - PACKAGE

Book a PACKAGE to ensure your progress and get the best deal. Packages include also training plans. We recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions!

MINI: 350 Euro / 5 sessions (70 Euro/session)

MEDIUM: 600 Euro / 10 sessions (60 Euro/session)

Small Group Training - PACKAGE

Book a PACKAGE to ensure your progress and get the best deal. We recommend weekly sessions!

MINI: 175 Euro / 5 Sessions (35 Euro/session)

MEDIUM: 300 Euro / 10 Sessions (30 Euro/session)

Small Group Training

60-min in a group of maximal 3 people, get an optimal training experience with 2 other people who fit to your training level. Either you bring someone with you, or we find a group for you.

German, English and French possible.

Meet the Team

Clara and Oscar met each other through their shared love for movement 6 years ago. Their journey led them to explore various disciplines while both finding a focus in their practice. Now they created a little movement studio together, offering a space where you can start your own movement journey with their support.

Clara Lohmann


Clara is a movement enthusiast who has been focusing on internal martial arts in the last years. She is passionate about helping others to release tension in their bodies to increase movement possibilities and finding ease & joy in their movement.

Clara is a co-owner & trainer at Bewegungskollektiv Berlin and a full-time student at Xuan Gong Fu Academy.

Oscar Boerger


Oscar rediscovered his passion for acrobatics after having trained more than 5 years with the movement method. Incorporating techniques from disciplines such as breakdance, capoeira or gymnastics he thrives to create the best learning experience following the devise: absorb what is useful discard what is not.

Oscar is a co-owner & trainer at Bewegungskollektiv Berlin.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The training will always be adapted to your level. You don’t need any skills to start training with us.

    But in case you have experience already, we will build up from there.

  • If you have booked a training with us, you can cancel it until 24 hours before the appointment.

  • The training will usually take place in our little studio Kreuzberg. If you would like to train at your own home or outside, please tell us when you book the session.

  • You don’t need much to move with us. Bring comfortable sports clothes and something to drink.

  • This is not easy to answed, as it depends on many factors. But if you work on your goals on a regular basis, you will get there faster - that’s why we offer training packages.
