Through gentle, targeted exercises, we’ll enhance the mobility of key joints—such as the hips, shoulders, and ankles—while also increasing your spinal awareness and expanding your range of movement. Our practice not only focuses on improving flexibility but also strengthens joint stability and enhances your overall balance.

It’s important to me that exercises are not mindlessly repeated, but rather filled with intention and purpose. I like to incorporate principles from Qi Gong—such as mindful breathing and proper joint alignment—to bring life to simple movements. These techniques help calm the nervous system, allowing us to ease into positions and movements naturally, without force.

While we work on increasing flexibility, our focus won't be on passive range alone. Instead, we aim to build strength within these new ranges, ensuring that you can move safely and confidently through positions, rather than simply falling into them. This approach will also enhance your resilience, as it increases joint stability and control, reducing the risk of injury. By developing active strength in these positions, your muscles and connective tissues become better equipped to handle external forces or sudden movements, leading to improved overall durability and adaptability in both everyday activities and physical challenges. This also fosters greater confidence in your body’s ability to move safely under various conditions.

Hey, my name is Clara! I have been training movement & mobility for 15 years now. In the last 5 years I dove into Tai Ji and Qi Gong. In my training, I bring both worlds together, creating a mindful movement practice for you.
