About Me
Hello, my name is Clara Lohmann. In my early teens, I came to understand how beneficial movement is not only for my physical body but also for my emotional and spiritual well-being. Ever since that realization, I have been exploring various forms of movement, ranging from Yoga and Calisthenics to Strength Training, Acrobatics, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, along with Movement practices and Internal Martial Arts. Now, I find myself here, fully committed to sharing my passion with you and assisting you in discovering and opening this transformative door for yourself.
